For 50 years, we’ve supported families through the early years of growth and development, offering high-quality instruction rooted in safety, encouragement, and fun. From infants to elementary-age kids, our swim schools offer a progressive, proven curriculum built on 50 years of experience. Children move through 11 distinct levels, from water acclimation to advanced strokes, all guided by expert instructors.
Our instructors follow a consistent, research-backed curriculum broken into 5-minute teaching increments to ensure progress every lesson. Our team builds trust with each student while teaching critical water safety and stroke skills in a fun, nurturing environment.
Lessons begin as early as 2 months old and feature engaging, play-based methods using songs, toys, and positive reinforcement. Each level builds on the last, with clear goals and milestones that lead to confident swimmers and eventually, competitive team prep.
Our gymnastics schools offer a wide variety of programs designed to meet kids where they are—from toddlers building coordination to high school athletes refining competitive skills.
